Remote Control Toy Is Very Fun
Through the generations it seems that children are drawn to the same types of toys to play with. Although the technology of the toys is much more complicated with each generation, the basics are still the same. Children like to play with trucks and trains as well as dolls and dress up. Children like to use their imaginations to play. There are times that the simpler the items available to play with the more fun the children have because they have to use their imaginations.
One of the newer playthings that seem to appeal to all ages is the remote control toy. Kids and adults of all ages like movement. When they con control the movement a distance away from the toy it is even greater fun. The remote control toy has evolved through the years to have a greater range it can travel. Also with the increases in technology and how readily the technology is not available the price of the remote control toy has decreased.
A few years ago my husband’s family went to the family cabin in the winter. It was beautiful weather. The sun was out and the temperatures were moderate. We went ice fishing on the small lake that is next to the cabin. We were able to fish outside because of the warmth of the sun and the lack of wind. One of our nephews had a remote control care along. We had our six month old Labrador retriever. The combination of the two entertained all of us for hours. Our nephew was running the car on the ice. The puppy spotted the movement and went running after it. He was slipping and sliding on the ice trying to get traction. My nephew would wait until the puppy was almost up to the car and then he would move it farther away. The puppy would bark and go through all sorts of antics before once again pursuing the car. The adults were catching pan fish and the kids and puppy were playing with the car. It was a great day to be together and enjoy the simple pleasures of nature and technology.
That night we were all very tired from all the fresh air we had gotten as well as walking around on the lake. After dinner we settled down in front of the fireplace to place some board games and relax. After we had been settled for about an hour my nephew got our attention and pointed to a spot close to the fire. The puppy was sleeping with his head resting on the remote control car. We had taken several pictures of him chasing the car on the lake, and this was a perfect picture to end the series.
